RSVP Event Form

This form allows the merchant to create an RSVP form. The old PayPal buttons that you use to be able to create from your PayPal account only allowed for a person to have 2 options. However, it was possible to have up to 4 options through standard HTML, without the additional help of any scripts. However, the new button factory allows you to have multiple options. This form can be modified to collect additional information if needed. The form below, gets the number of members, guests, and children, and then calculates the costs. The total cost is then passed over to PayPal along with the options that were entered. This is a simple and easy to use JavaScript used on an html page.
